Hello, I'm Elisa!
With over five years of experience in digital product design and user research, I know how to tackle complex projects with solutions for both business and user needs - on time and under budget. My work is focused on identifying the riskiest assumptions the business is making about a product or service, finding ways to validate those assumptions, and then coming up with actionable plans to move the business toward their goals.
In my current role I reduced user testing costs by 90% by using resources readily available in the organisation to quickly validate assumptions and conduct rapid user testing on time and under budget.
My particular areas of expertise include working on projects that deal with complex data sets and information and making that easy to digest for both new and experienced users. I am interested in roles related to healthech, edtech, sustainability and cybersecurity.
During my leisure time, I enjoy crafting stories, strumming my ukulele, playing tennis, and planning trips to new un-explored locations!
